User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

At Auto Upload, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete data associated with your use of Auto Upload, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Data deletion can be requested by email:

1. Send an email to bmq928@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line "Delete My Data".
3. Email us from the address you used to sign up or connect your accounts, so we can verify your identity.

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete all data associated with your use of Auto Upload within 30 days.

What Data Is Deleted

• Platform account information (user identifiers, display names, and profile avatars).
• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for connected platforms.
• Video content and metadata you uploaded through Auto Upload.

Revoking Platform Access

You can also request the removal of your information by revoking Auto Upload's access directly in each platform's settings (for example, TikTok Settings and privacy → Security & permissions). Revoking access immediately terminates our API access to that platform.

Data Deletion after Account Deletion

If you delete your account on a connected platform, Auto Upload will no longer be able to access it. You should also contact us using the instructions above to ensure all data we hold is removed.
