These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto Upload application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using Auto Upload, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Auto Upload is a tool that allows you to upload and publish your own videos to supported platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and more) using official platform APIs. Auto Upload is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and hold valid accounts in good standing on the platforms you wish to use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that when using Auto Upload you will:

• Only upload videos that you own or have the right to publish.
• Comply with each platform's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Not use Auto Upload to distribute spam, malware, misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Auto Upload or its infrastructure.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos you upload through Auto Upload. You grant Auto Upload only the limited permission necessary to transmit and publish those videos to the platforms you connect on your behalf. Auto Upload does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Platform API Permissions

Auto Upload requests only the API permissions (scopes) required to provide its features: basic profile information, video uploading, and video publishing. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your platform account settings.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Auto Upload at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Auto Upload at any time by disconnecting your accounts and contacting us for data deletion.

7. Disclaimers

Auto Upload is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, as its functionality depends in part on third-party platform APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Upload and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Auto Upload after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
