This Privacy Policy describes how Auto Upload ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the Auto Upload application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By using Auto Upload, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Auto Upload Collects
When you connect your accounts to Auto Upload, we collect:
- Platform Account Information: your user identifiers, display names, and profile avatars from each connected platform (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), obtained through official platform APIs.
- Authentication Data: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to publish videos on your behalf.
- Video Content: videos that you choose to upload through Auto Upload, submitted via official platform APIs.
Auto Upload does not collect your passwords. We never post, sell, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
2. How Auto Upload Uses Your Information
- To authenticate you with each platform and maintain your connections.
- To upload and publish the videos you explicitly select within Auto Upload.
- To show you the status of your uploads inside Auto Upload.
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
3. Storage and Security
Tokens and account data used by Auto Upload are stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is restricted to systems necessary to operate Auto Upload.
4. Sharing of Information
Auto Upload shares data only with the platforms you connect (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), as required to perform the upload and publishing functions you request. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information except where required by law.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Auto Upload retains your information only while your account is active. You may delete your data at any time by:
- Following our User Data Deletion Instructions, or emailing us at bmq928@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Data". We will delete all data associated with your use of Auto Upload within 30 days.
- Revoking Auto Upload's access in your platform settings (e.g., TikTok Settings and privacy → Security & permissions), which immediately terminates our API access.
6. Children's Privacy
Auto Upload is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
